About Remi

I’m a singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Contemporary Music, majoring in Voice. I specialize in preparing students for auditions, competitions, and stage performances. Whether you're working toward a big moment or returning to music after years away, I’m here to support your journey. I teach a wide range of styles, including Classical, Broadway, Pop-Rock, and Music Theater. My lessons focus on building strong technique through diction, vocal range development, and agility. I help students select repertoire that suits their voice and showcases their strengths. Dramatic interpretation is a key part of what I teach, helping singers bring stories to life through performance. I’ve worked with school students, drama majors, and adult singers at various stages of their musical path. Each lesson is customized to the student's goals, personality, and vocal potential. With me, you’ll develop more than just a voice—you’ll gain confidence, stage presence, and artistry. Let’s build your skills and bring your voice to its full potential.

About the lesson

My teaching method focuses on building strong stage confidence and audience connection. For both The Quartet Player and The Fiddler, I emphasize breath control, clear diction, and proper posture—key elements for powerful live performances. Good breath support not only improves singing but also calms nerves.

Microphone technique is another essential skill we practice regularly. I teach how to use the mic effectively to project the voice without strain. Movement exercises help students feel comfortable on stage, making their presence natural and engaging.

I carefully select songs that suit each student’s style and help build their self-belief and charisma. We use video feedback to review performances, highlighting strengths and areas to improve. Stage presence drills boost energy and audience engagement, teaching how to connect visually and emotionally.

To build vocal stamina, I introduce apps designed for endurance training. This ensures students can perform confidently throughout their set. My approach is encouraging and practical, helping students grow not just as musicians but as captivating performers.

With consistent practice, they develop the poise and charisma needed to shine on any stage.
