About Alice
I am a Zoology student at the University of St Andrews, but I also have a passion for maths (and you would be surprised how much maths is involved in a science degree!). I am very good at breaking down difficult concepts into something that's much easier to understand and making maths seem much less daunting, so I will be excellent at giving students the attention and encouragement they need to achieve a higher grade. I also have the knowledge and understanding to help students already doing well to maximise their potential and achieve the highest grade possible!

Lessons will last 1 hour and will cover whatever the student wishes to work on - lesson plans will be made in advance according to their specific needs. I have experience with AQA and OCR exam boards. I previously tutored a younger student in GCSE maths during my last year of 6th form, so I have more experience in tutoring at this level, but I should be able to help with A level maths as well. I also have a good understanding of neurodivergence, particularly autism, so I will be able to cater to students whose brains work differently to others'.
