About Matt
I've been working in football for over 5 years, with experience of individual trainings as well as team trainings. Varying form the little U7's to adults. Throughout that time I've managed to complete many courses and gain UEFA B license.

The way I see any form of training is that if it's individualized and prepared, anyone can improve. Doesn't matter if you're a pro or an amateur. Commitment is key. I set up an individualized development programme for anyone that has worked with me so that there aren't any grey areas as to what is being improved.
