About Isaac

I have always enjoyed school, but when I was growing up I found myself to have challenges with finding the learning environment that was right for me in the classroom.

As I had a personal experience with this myself, I worked hard to become studious and proactive in my own educational process. This taught me it is important to always remember that any student should have a fair chance and be able to learn - including you.

I recently completed my psychology B.A. at UBC with High Distinction. I have high standards for myself with my academic performance, and even higher standards to maintain an inspired learning environment.

I additionally have 3+ years of experience in cognitive psychology labs that research attention, gambling and bipolar disorder.

About the lesson

I put on emphasis on developing effective study skills, habits and techniques based on research and experience. A given lesson is catered to the unique, individual needs of each student.

What sets me apart is my insatiability to learn from teaching others by finding this reciprocation between student and tutor!

I am a tutor for anyone between middle school to sophomore postsecondary who wants to understand more about psychology and philosophy.
