About Tanya
I have been teaching Pilates for over 15 years, have specialist qualifications, & a passion for helping women thrive through movement.
I work with clients age 16+, all abilities & all bodies. Pilates is inclusive & aims to help EVERY body moves better, no matter what your starting point is.
I welcome clients who have specific requirements or aren't sure where to start.
I am fully insured& highly qualified. My clients value my depth of experience, personalised approach, & commitment to their well-being.

She is a very clear communicater and I've really enjoyed her Pilates classes. Her exercises are varied and she adapts them to the level of the individual.
Tanya is a caring and connected pilates instructor. She makes you feel comfortable with wherever you are at (physically and mentally!). She tailors the classes to mixed abilities well and explains and demonstrates so that all can follow along. I particularly appreciate her breathing cues.
