I am an effective communicator with excellent planning, organizational and negotiation strengths as well as the ability to reach consensus, establish goals, and attain results. I possess background knowledge of developing and implementing special programs for at-risk and special needs students of diverse population, adapting culturally responsive approach.

Student based learning is my main priority. Mathematics is all about practice so I believe is worksheets. For a 60 minute lesson,15 to 20 minutes is spent on teaching and the rest in aiding learners to solve questions on their own.
