About Aurora
I am a piano tutor with 4 years of experience, and I work actively as a composer and performer. I earned my Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition with a Piano Emphasis. I see music as a lifelong journey of discovery and expression. My teaching focuses on improvisation and spontaneous creativity. Beginners are introduced to both fundamentals and playful exploration. Advanced students are challenged to expand their artistry and voice. Lessons combine technical work with creative exercises. I encourage students to write and explore their own music. My experience as a composer helps me guide unique improvisational paths. My background as a performer brings insights into dynamics and expression. Each lesson is supportive, engaging, and personalized. I believe every student has a unique musical story. Piano becomes a way to express that story with honesty and imagination.

My teaching approach emphasizes the importance of ear training for piano. Students learn to recognize melodies, chords, and rhythms through listening. This strengthens intuition and creativity. I help learners develop relative pitch and aim toward perfect pitch. Composers benefit by being able to create instantly from their imagination. Digital producers learn to trust their ears instead of relying on notation. Beginners are guided through simple listening games and exercises. Advanced students practice improvisation, spontaneous playing, and harmonic recognition. Each lesson is designed to connect sound with action on the keys. I keep exercises dynamic and musical, not mechanical. Listening becomes as important as technique. Over time, this creates confidence and freedom at the piano. Students grow into expressive, intuitive musicians. Music feels alive, personal, and inspiring.
