I am only a student who loves skipping and want to share my all experiences and knowledge about that I have.
Why should I share my knowledge?
So simple answer of this question is that we all know more we share more we gain. And I want to share my techniques, strategies and to use skipping in workout even at home all these to spred in people and to help and provide them knowledge.

About the lesson

Jumping rope is an easy and effective method of exercise that you can do at home — and all you need is a good jump rope to do it.
Jumping rope is all about timing the turn of the rope with your jump. Keep your feet close together when jumping. Jump on the midsoles of your feet and land softly.
