About Iver
I have been playing organized football since I was 5 years old, organized handball for 5 years, and ice hockey for 3 years. While I am very sporty, I love working in people and being able to see the mastery of other people using my methods. I have also lived in an exchange year in the United States before, here I experienced and learned extremely much about myself and my qualities. After several years of experience in training, I have therefore been an instructor at Lillestrøm SK´s annual football school, as well as a football referee for the Akershus football circuit.

My courses will primarily be based on what my students want to achieve and why. Students will have the opportunity to express what they want to develop to make my training worthy enough. At the same time, I will demand certain tests that will be done even if the student does not necessarily want to. For me, a course will embrace different types of activities where one should have fun while at the same time developing oneself to become the best possible. For example, a regular course may consist of a warm-up to prepare the body for an intense session, a body with several different match-related and player-related exercises, and an ending that can be a lot of fun or more training and goal-oriented development.
