About Palak
I completed my Bachelors in Arts in English from Hansraj college, University of Delhi in 2018 and M.A. in English Literature from the same University. I qualified GATE Exam in humanities and social sciences in April 2022 and NET Exam in English Literature in December 2022 session. I am currently pursuing my M.Phil. at the Department of English and Cultural Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh and my dissertation is broadly based on gender and psychoanalysis.

My teaching approach centres on reading and understanding the in-depth value of a literary text through character charts and mind maps after which analyzation of the text follows. In order to assess the understanding, questions and discussions take place along with writing exercises followed by assignments, tests and quizzes. Students are provided with notes of the class content as well, however they are encouraged to make their own handwritten notes as they help in better retention.
