About Kris
I am a football loving (coaching) primary/intermediate teacher with over two decades of experience in the classroom; both as a teacher and as a leader. During this time I have learned that it is more important to learn about the person before learning about the learner. Once you know what makes someone tick, it's easier to empathize and find the best way to help someone learn.

Does your primary/intermediate aged son or daughter need a bit of support with their learning? I can work with a student and ascertain their learning level and design a program to support; consolidate; or advance students within the Year 3 to 8 level inclusive. I will monitor learning movement and ensure that the student is metacognitive i.e. knows why and how they are learning what they are learning. We can then agree on an IEP (Individual Education Plan) to help the student reach the required levels.
