About Seema
I am a trained postgradate teacher enjoying the key subjects I teach at the high school level - English and History. I love the moments spent in class with my students - Like a detective I try to guess at the different levels of comprehension of my students, spot the stray traces of confusion, re- work my strategy to get the content across once again and enjoy the sheer delight when the clouds of ignorance on the students' faces are replaced by the sudden light of comprehension ! I also learn along with my students every day - Through them, I come to know of my strengths AND my weaknesses and thus, I evolve. My students are my teachers, too.
I like to weave into my teaching all the values and ground knowledge that I've acquired from my Book of Life. My ambition is not to create students who are storehouses of information but who are smart , sensitive ,mature individuals who know which arrow in their quiver is meant for which target !

Where needed detailed expositions will be offered - followed by plenty of oral & written re - inforcement work under the teacher's guided supervision. This will be done through fun ways of involving students where work will feel like play .There'll be opportunities for self - evaluation and self correction. Learners will be encouraged at all points to offer their responses to the content being shared. The atmosphere at all times will be kept light and relaxed, with alert and active involvement of the students.
