About Mildred
I am a gym rat. I love moving around and inspiring others to do the same. I like running, swimming, yoga, and strength training with weight and body weight. I realized that by setting an example you inspire others, exercising infects others to try. That is why I became a certified personal trainer. I like to keep updating myself to help people like you who want to train as well as possible. I train from home, I have little time because I study another career, so no excuses. Everything is discipline to achieve what you want.
