About Ruxandra
If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure about who you really are, you're not alone. I’ve been there myself, and I know how exhausting it can feel. That’s why I offer guided online sessions to help you make sense of your emotions, reconnect with your inner self, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
My work is rooted in what I call the Triangular Healing Framework (THF) — a unique synthesis of Jungian depth psychology, practical mindfulness tools, and holistic mind-body-spirit principles. This approach helps you uncover the deeper patterns behind stress and self-doubt, while also giving you practical skills to navigate daily life with more ease and resilience.
My Background & Training
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy & Counseling from Universitatea Transilvania of Brasov and also studied at University Malaya, where I expanded my understanding of psychology and personal growth in an international context.
Alongside my formal studies, I’ve completed numerous trainings and courses in emotional awareness and personal development, giving me a wide range of tools to support different needs and learning styles.
My work brings together:
-Practical skills for managing stress and emotions (inspired by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Interventions)
-Inner exploration through dreams, symbols, and archetypes (from Jungian psychology)
-Holistic practices such as Ayurveda, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to restore balance in daily life
This blend of academic study and hands-on experience allows me to guide students in a way that is both practical and deeply transformative.
️Please note: I do not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment. My role is that of a guide and educator. The work we do together is educational and developmental and it's designed for self-discovery, integration, and building awareness. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.

I believe every person carries their own unique story, struggles, and strengths. That’s why my sessions are designed as a safe space where you can bring your whole self, the good, the bad, and everything in between.
What to expect in a typical lesson:
~Initial check-In~
We start by slowing down. You’ll share how you’re feeling — mentally, emotionally, and physically — so we can focus on what matters most to you that day.
~Guided exploration of your inner world~
This is the heart of our work. Depending on your needs, I may guide you through:
-Practical tools like breathwork, DBT-informed exercises, and somatic grounding to calm the mind and body.
-Inner exploration using Jungian methods (archetypes, shadow work, dream analysis, active imagination) to uncover patterns and insights.
-Holistic integration with Ayurveda and mind-body-spirit principles to restore balance and self-trust.
~Integration and takeaways~
We close with reflection and one or two simple practices you can carry into daily life. I make sure they’re realistic and doable, no pressure or overwhelming homework
My teaching methodology focuses on depth and practicality. We don’t just talk about challenges, but we get to the root of them, while also working with concrete tools you can apply right away. My sessions are interactive, supportive, and tailored, so you leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded.
Unlike traditional approaches, my method focuses on integration, helping you not only understand yourself but also live with more awareness, resilience, and self-confidence.
My sincere wish is that each session helps you build a solid foundation of self-knowledge and inner strength, so you can become self-sufficient and your own most trusted guide.
