Staying close to the UK or Cambridge curriculum (whichever is most relevant to you) lessons are designed so that students can meet the expectations put on them at an age appropriate level.
If, through assessment, it is deemed that the students is in need of additional support the weakest areas can be identified and a study plan developed. This will insure that the student gets the targeted support and guidance most relevant to the individual and to get them back on the right track in reaching their goals.
Support is also offered to parents who wish to help their children but don't understand the UK or Cambridge curriculum their children are being taught.

James Arthur (Vice Principal) and I (Sumona Akter-Lead Teacher) were having the pleasure of working together since 15th September, 2015 to 16th February, 2017. I had worked closely with him for more than one year and have found him extremely competent and enjoyable to work with.
I would like to inform you that James Arthur had worked with the institution (Oxford International School) as a Vice Principal and the assessment in the reference letter has been done on the basis of his conducting training session and overall leadership role.
James is a big advocate of teacher and staff training. He has played a vital role in implementing training, and efficiency procedures that significantly have strengthened our overall educational environment. He works hard and demands significant performance from his subordinates, and spends the time necessary to ensure that they are properly trained.
He suggests counsel to those who need it which includes students, parents, staffs and others related to this institute.
He always delegates wherever possible. As soon as he realizes any changes is required to work effectively, he goes to work analyzing himself, seeking feedback and then making changes to his style, approach, and manner.
He tries to build a good relationship with the staffs with trust, commitment and engagement. He knows how to resolve conflicts as they arise and handle negative behaviour effectively.
He sets clear and unambiguous objectives and discusses them with staff before setting them. He also conducts training among staff to achieve those goals for better understanding.
He conducts meetings efficiently on regular basis with the staffs and shares ideas and recent updated information. He not only conducts meeting but also emphasizes on keeping record of the minutes.
He is good at planning and organizing themselves. He always seeks for continuous improvement and perfection before implementing any plan or policies.
He values everyone’s contribution and energizes people to overcome barriers to change by motivating and inspiring them.
James is a great motivator and mentor. The employees in our organization are always inspired and prepared to meet new challenges because of his motivational style of management. He is a natural born leader. He is confident, decisive, and good at negotiation and problem solving. He makes everyone around him better and would be an excellent addition to any company.
I’m very pleased to recommend James as a tutor. I’ve worked under him as a teacher for the past 1 year. Not only has he been a key player on our team, but he’s also become a perfect mentor. James’s skills and leadership qualities would make him an invaluable addition to your learning.
James has the potential to monitor and guide the pupil working or learning under him. He can plan, create and teach accordingly. He’s an excellent mentor and explorer. He has used his knowledge to enhence the quality and knowledge of the teachers by educational training, including workshops.
He also went out of his way to elicit feedback from us, inviting us to share our experiences at the end of each semester. It’s this commitment to growth and his colleauges’ well-being that makes him an outstanding educator who empowers hid pupils.
In addition to his professional qualifications, James has personal qualities that make him well-suited to leadership. He’s naturally fallen into the role of “point person” that all of us go to with questions. He’s not afraid to share his knowledge and suggests new directions to explore. He’s committed to quality, growth, and progress, and he inspires his team members to strive for the same. In short, he is a person with vision.
On the other hand, James’s fun and friendly personality are just icing on the cake of hid many other qualifications.
Thanks won't be enough, things he taught us.
I will always be greatful to him for helping me and all my colleauges to explore our knowledge.
