About Yves
My approach to teaching and tutoring has been influenced by immersive study experiences in France, Germany, the U.S. and Canada. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning, which includes parenting two curious school-aged children who continuously challenge me to give thoughtful responses to their tough questions.

I offer personalized lesson plans that are responsive to the student's skill level and preferred learning method.
As a lifelong student of History and Geography and a parent of bilingual children, I enjoy supporting students of all ages who seek to master a challenging subject, as well as those looking to progress their studies without burning out.
I have benefited from excellent social studies teachers across different cultural settings, and I firmly believe in the motivating force of making the subject more accessible, relatable and fun.
