About Jaskarn
Hi, my name is Jaskarn and I am a second year kinesiology student at McMaster University with a tremendous grasp of high-school physics, chemistry, and biology. In high-school, I was very fortunate to have teachers that helped me build a solid foundation in the sciences which was my key to success for being an excellent tutor. Using the knowledge along with the tips I have received in my very successful academic experience, I can confidently guarantee improvements in my students, as long as they are committed to learn and improve.

The greatest tip i have received to be successful in academics is to thoroughly understand the basics of a concept. Once the basics are understood, the rest of the problems a student may encounter are just variations of the basics. Focusing on this tip, I am very successful at teaching students as I ensure they throughly understand the basis of a concept before introducing them to different variations of the question. I also effectively use visuals with a whiteboard or figurines to explain the knowledge and accommodate for varying learning styles. My outgoing and approachable personalty along with my teaching style and past experience with the course content put me in a great position to help any student reach their full potential.
