About Anika

Greetings, aspiring architects and design enthusiasts! It's a pleasure to introduce myself and share my passion for architecture with you. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of guiding students on their creative journey through the world of architecture and design.

My own love affair with architecture began during my studies, where I was captivated by the intersection of art, science, and culture in the built environment. This passion led me to pursue a career in tutoring, where I could share my knowledge and expertise with aspiring architects and help them develop their own unique design voices.

Originally from a vibrant urban community, I've always been inspired by the diversity of architectural styles and influences around me. This appreciation for architectural diversity informs my teaching approach, as I strive to expose students to a wide range of design principles, techniques, and historical contexts.

When I'm not sketching floor plans or studying architectural blueprints, you'll often find me exploring the city streets, photographing interesting buildings, or immersing myself in the latest architectural exhibitions. I believe in fostering a holistic approach to architectural education, drawing inspiration from art, culture, and nature to inform and enrich students' design perspectives.

About the lesson

As an architecture tutor, my goal is to inspire creativity, foster critical thinking, and empower students to express their unique design visions. I believe in creating a collaborative and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and push the boundaries of traditional design conventions.

I employ a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on projects, design workshops, and architectural theory discussions, to help students develop a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and practices. Whether we're exploring architectural history, studying structural systems, or designing innovative spaces, I strive to provide a well-rounded education that prepares students for success in the field of architecture.

I place a strong emphasis on the importance of interdisciplinary thinking, encouraging students to draw inspiration from art, science, technology, and culture in their design work. By fostering a holistic approach to architectural education, I aim to cultivate well-rounded architects who are equipped to address the complex challenges of the built environment with creativity, innovation, and empathy.
