About Corey
With over two decades of hands-on ministry experience, I’ve been serving as a church musician since the age of nine. My journey has taken me from small congregations to large churches, where I’ve led worship, trained teams, and built impactful worship experiences. I’m well-versed in the Nashville Number System, worship arrangements, spontaneous flow, and the art of following the leading of the Holy Spirit. Beyond the stage, I’ve trained countless volunteers in both music and tech, understanding that true leadership is modeled through how we live our lives for God, not just how we perform. I studied Worship Leadership at Tennessee Temple University and furthered my education in Audio Engineering & Music Business at SAE University in Nashville. Over the years, I’ve served as a Production Director, Worship Pastor, and Music Director, leading teams of 50+ and consulting with over 100 churches and nonprofits to strengthen their worship and production ministries. Today I live in Nashville, TN with my family and serve as a Church Consultant while working full-time in sales and leading as Executive Director of Upper Room Studios. My heart is to invest in the next generation of worship musicians—helping them discover their God-given purpose, refine their skills, and become effective leaders who make a lasting impact on their local church.
