Over the last few years I’ve worked with a robotics team mentoring students and helping them develop their electrical, pneumatic and mechanical intuitions. With the support of myself, other mentors and the students this team went on to take first place in their regional. Teaching isn’t just about rote memorization, but rather helping students develop their love for learning and their intuition for how math and science work and why!
