About Sarah
I taught in the classroom for 12 years and have been doing private tuition in Eglish and Maths for primary children since 2014. I try to make the lessons fun for the children and I use a positive reward system. I believe that confidence is a huge part of learning, so I work on building this too. I include Working Memory activities within the lessons if needed.

I assess the children's ability I the subject I am teaching. I start by giving them work they can definitely do to build their confidence. Then I begin to stretch them and work on the areas of learning they struggle with more. I use a positive reward system in my lessons.
