About Jade
I have coached 1 year olds all the way to 16 year olds. I have helped gymnasts up their skills by providing feedback and giving drills, as well as strength and conditioning exercises incorporating pilates movements. I incorporate reformer/mat pilates to help my clients strengthen their core, improve flexibility and balance. I provide a safe and effective program for my athletes.

Hi everyone my name is Jade Kinsch. I did gymnastics from the age of 2 all the way to 19. I made it to level 9 and competed at Western Nationals and participated in the Top’s program. I was a “B” camp attendee. I have coached gymnastics for 7 years by providing strength and conditioning exercises and perfecting the basics that you need as a gymnast. I did a year of acro and tumbling in college as well. I am a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor through Pilates Instructor Academy.. I am here to help with any of your gymnastics or pilates needs and I look forward to chatting with you.
