About Mai
I was born in 1989 in Japan. I am typical women. About my personalities, I would say I am cheerful, warm, smiling, respectful, polite and honest. Actually I was a popular teacher and really enjoyed my life as a teacher in Japan, but here, it's not a school. So I think my tutoring is NOT teaching. Maybe I can say "learning together" or just have conversations. It means that I am happy if I could support or help your own learning experience. Growing up your learning mind is the core importance of my tutoring. About the contents, I can adjust your style.
私は1989年生まれの典型的な日本人女性です。性格について自ら言うならば、元気で温かく、よく笑い、敬意を持ち、丁寧で正直者です。日本ではそれなりに人気のある教員で、教員生活を楽しんでいましたが、チュートリングは学校をは違うので、「教える」とはあまり思っていません。一緒に学ぶ、または、日常会話を共にする、という気持ちです。あなた自身の学びの体験をお手伝いできたら幸いです。学ぶ気持ちを育むことが真髄と考えています。内容については、お好みに応じて調整していきたいと思います。

Experiences;
●I was a high school teacher in Japan for 13 years. And also I have taught primary school students in Australia for 2 years. My major is science, so I can teach basic science in Japanese ( maybe not in English).
◆And I'm happy to help with casual Japanese conversations in English.
Qualifications;
●Japanese teacher's license of primary school and of science for high school.
◆I DON'T have any qualifications about teaching Japanese as language. So I don't teach HSC or academic level.
Methods;
●About teaching science in Japanese, I can answer and teach anything of your study materials. Please share your own materials with me.
◆About casual Japanese conversations, to be honest, I have never taught as a private tutor like this, so I'm still looking my own method.
Length of a lesson;
●◆Minimum 30 minutes, maximum 2 hours.
Lessons for;
●◆Men and women of all ages.
経験；
●日本で13年間、中高一貫校で理科教員をしていました。オーストラリアでは２年間だけ、日本語と英語で小学生に理科や国語を教えたことがあります。
◆日本語の日常会話をお助けすることができます。
資格；
●日本の教員免許（小学校、中学校理科、高校理科（生物、化学）
◆オーストラリアで、言語として日本語を教える資格は全く持っていません。よって、HSCや受験レベルの日本語は教えられないと思います。
方法；
●日本語で理科を教える分には、お手持ちの教材をその場で共有していただき、お助けすることができます。こちらから特別な教材はお渡ししません。
◆正直に申し上げまして、日本語のチューター経験が全くないので、教材は持っていません。これから勉強・模索していこうと思っています。
レッスン時間；
30分以上、2時間以内でお願いします。

Perfect! Mai is very easy to talk to. Extremely knowledgeable and does a great job communicating what she is trying to learn. Great for beginners and just alot of fun to learn with.
