I am going to be using various scientific techniques like OKRs , numbers and narrative , 3 level quiz,etc to not only engage the students but make them learn . Truly learn .
One of the philosophy’s I believe and practice in my Tution, can be explained by the simple eg .
There is a painting. You can either simply copy it or copy it and explain its beauty or admire the painting get the inspiration and make your own painting.
Our education system most focus on copying and explain its beauty but I would like to go one step further turn kids into research who make there own art
I don’t believe in rote learning. I believe that every child can come up with the formula themselves when given proper guidance.
Lastly I would like to conclude by quoting Margaret Mead a well known anthropologist and author
