Vincent already has proper basic mandarin understanding

Focus on pronunciation: ji/ qi/ xi/she/che/shi (many involve rolling tongue/open mouth widely)

da(2) sao (3) - clean
ce(4) suo(3) - toilet

focus on remembering all numbers (1-10) and practice every morning

also the colours :)

Just keeping practicing using the phrases with your co-workers, you will be great!
