About Bastian
I have been training KM for about 8yrs now with KMG (Chile,...& NZ). I am part of the KMG Auckland Instructor's Team. In the past 2yrs I have also been training in Muay Thai / Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to add to my fighting skills and to also improve myself as an instructor.

My classes are fun and didactic as I believe that students learn and retain what they are taught better. That is the key to learning.
I always motivate all my students regardless of how slow or quick they absorb the skills being taught.
At the end of each class we finish with 5 minutes of meditation & visualisation.
