Experienced Tutor for Literacy
Hi! I’m Ash, and I’m passionate about helping young learners thrive in literacy. With teaching experience across all year levels (new entrants to Year 13), a degree in Art History and English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington, and current studies in the Graduate Diploma of Primary School Teaching at Massey University, I bring a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to education.
My Approach:
I recognise that every learner has unique needs, and I tailor my teaching techniques to suit each individual. While the online environment focuses on sight and sound, I ensure engaging and effective literacy activities through the use of visual aids and listening exercises. These methods are designed to create an interactive and enjoyable learning experience that supports a learner's development.
