About Alessandro

I TEACH, privately, depending on the wishes or needs of the student, in parks or (mostly in winter or on request or technical equipment needs) at a suitable location / sports (gym or indoor closed space or student's home if enough spacious and adequate acoustically and socially): - the basic and intermediate techniques of Martial Art created by Bruce Lee, the Jeet Kune Do to people of any age, without major problems of heart or health in general and therefore of healthy and robust constitution ; - to people who want to approach JKD for the first time, learn a second martial art, deepen or learn different techniques of Personal Defense by road, using the principles of Simplicity and Economy of Movements, with the aim of achieving, step by step , an effective technical level, concrete and mixed with one's awareness and mastery of combat instruments (many of which revised, reshaped and optimized by the roots of Wing Chun, Boxing and Fencing, to cite only some of the many disciplines scientifically analyzed by Bruce Lee during his unique, unrepeatable and unparalleled career made up of different phases and different teachings given to different people and in equally varied periods). - I teach this immense art in substance from the careful and eclectic scientific study of its founder, SiJo Bruce Lee, covering the whole "pyramid" of techniques, from Footwork and to Intercepting / Counterattacking, going down to Dodge and Parade or basic techniques and intermediate Trapping.

About the lesson

OBJECTIVES: to make the student aware of his / her fighting skills, of the time, of the sacrifices and sweat necessary to really learn, independently ascertaining their growth during the learning path and thus obtaining a good basic or intermediate mastery of their technical skills learned thanks to the principles and techniques of the JKD that will allow him to choose whether to continue with private lessons or be able to organize himself for a path at one of the different locations of the School. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------ - Martial Art: Original Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee). - LEVELS of Learning: propose yourself if you think you are in the following levels: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Intermediate. - I give private or semi-private lessons (if + 1 person, limited group of people):> outdoors (non-winter); > in gymnasiums (of my knowledge or proposed by the student / ies with low-cost rent and always charged to the student / s themselves - * excluded from the price indicated here) in suitable indoor locations (only space and a minimum are needed) of tranquility and the possibility of making noise with the techniques of the strikers / focus for punches, sacks, pillow for kicks, etc.); > at home or suitable location made available by the student / s; IMPORTANT - DAYS and Schedule of teaching and minimum frequency required (according to availability / needs of the student and according to the following availability of the teacher): - Saturday morning or late afternoon / evening - Sunday morning / afternoon or evening - frequency minimum request: >> at least 1 lesson every 15 days (for a constant growth and motivational spirit necessary for correct learning); >> at least 1 lesson a month (only for those who want a flourish of the basics of the JKD for its culture or integration / deepening of some particular techniques) ------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- For more information on what is the JKD and its birth see the following links: - (concealed information) - (concealed information) Thanks for the attention to the offers: quality, seriousness and professionalism that I hope can be appreciated by you after having done a trial lesson or after having undertaken a world, that of the JKD, that we can only love once learned the essence, or rather the non-essence, but the essentiality ;) The JKD requires commitment and dedication, favors and prefers a vault mind and open to Zen and is for many, but not for all.
