About Suzi
I am qualified to Masters level in Design for Art and Interactive Experiences and have a specialist knowledge and
interest in interaction and graphic design both digital, using software such as games engines and physical interactions using
technologies such as Arduino.
I am currently employed on a casual basis with Edinburgh Napier University as a teacher/tutor within the digital
media and interaction design department located within the computing faculty. Here I have been successful in
teaching a variety of modules such as Playful Interaction, where we explore using Arduino’s to create playful
interactions, Responsive Environments, where the experience of one’s environment can be enhanced and
explored with technology and Experiencing the Digital City, where we look again at ways to design experiences
with technology that enhance visitor experience. During these modules I was responsible for providing both
formative and summative feedback at designated times as well as being available for any pastoral support that I
could provide or aiding the students to explore the correct support pathway they may require.

Each session is tailored to your desired learning outcome with each students learning style taken into consideration.
Lessons can be scheduled as one or two hour blocks depending on students preference and after initial consultation.
I am a masters graduate in interaction design with a specialist interest in graphic design. Currently lecturing at Edinburgh Napier University part time and wish to share my skills with others.
I am happy to tailor sessions for both young students who are interested in graphic design as well as aid in coursework for those in High School and University.
