In your practice as a professional, you not only achieve results, but also identify areas of opportunity and processes that deserve to be disclosed. Whether you work as a professional in education, health or another field, there are innovations that are constantly spreading. For those ideas to reach professionals in your community and decision makers, you need to professionally format them according to academic publishing standards.
In this workshop I will guide you to overcome the inertia of postponing writing so that you can systematize your experience and share it with the research community. We will develop a strategy that allows you to monitor your own progress and that lays the foundations of writing, the key is not to stop writing every day, at least 15 minutes.
The methodology is based on the choice of the most appropriate research design for the project objectives and the delimitation of the object of study. The sessions combine audiovisual, theoretical elements and practical exercises*. The dynamic consists of two blocks, macrostructure and microstructure, divided into 7 sessions of at least one hour each. In the first block we will carry out the macrostructure, the argument and the analysis matrix for the literature review. In the second we will review the microstructure and style review.
Simultaneously, asynchronous activities are carried out, which gives a total of 20 hours in the certificate that is delivered. We establish agreements and objectives to meet. Emphasis on students in the stage of preparing thesis oriented in qualitative methods.
The workshop is also oriented towards the systematization of the teaching experience and the pedagogical practice, in the voice of its protagonists, it is a methodology that contributes to its continuous improvement and the identification of good practices since it allows critical learning to be obtained from them (Jara, s/f)*. The main applications of the systematization of the pedagogical experience are:
• Understand our experiences more deeply to improve them
• To exchange and share our learning with other similar experiences
• To contribute to theoretical reflection with knowledge arising directly from experience
• To influence policies and plans based on concrete lessons learned from experience
At the end of the workshop, you will have a preliminary report to share your progress in educational media and the basis for the final manuscript. Likewise, we will have identified in which journal it is most pertinent to send it. A good article can be rejected if it is not sent to the correct journal, hence the importance of choosing properly.
The classes are adapted to the activities of the students and we elaborate the schedule of activities together.
