About Haniya

Hi! I’m Haniya Zehra, and I teach IGCSE and AS Level Economics with a unique perspective gained from working alongside a Cambridge A-Level Economics Examiner and Senior Sixth Form Instructor for Economics. My lessons make complex concepts simple, link theory to real-world examples, and focus on exam strategies, past-paper practice, and confidence-building to help you achieve top grades efficiently and independently.

About the lesson

I teach IGCSE and AS Level Economics with a unique perspective as a Teaching Assistant to a Cambridge A-Level Economics Examiner and Senior Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Working directly under him has given me rare insight into how examiners think—what earns marks, what costs marks, and how students can bridge that gap.

My lessons break down complex economic concepts into simple, clear explanations, constantly linked to real-world examples that make theory unforgettable. We focus heavily on past-paper practice, essay structure, and examiner-style feedback so you know exactly how to craft answers that score top marks.

Having personally achieved 9 A*/A grades in IGCSEs entirely through independent self-study—without school or external help—I understand what it takes to succeed on your own. I now use that experience to teach students how to master the syllabus efficiently and with confidence.
