About Sophie
My name is Delilah, I live in New Jersey, I go to Montgomery and I am a gold time swimmer as well as a lifeguard. I have always loved math and science in school and working with kids and i look forward to becoming a tutor! I am 17 years old, and I want to be a marine biologist when i grow up. I love being around family and going to the beach and learning new things! Helping other people makes me feel good and i hope I can help as much as I can!

so here's what an average lesson would look like:
5 minutes: Ask how the student is doing in class and what they are learning
20 minutes: Work on homework (if have any, and if they have one do later in the week we will do that),study for an upcoming test, or do some problems that I create together!
10 minutes: I review and teach the student something they were having trouble with so it is understandable to them
10 minutes: I teach the student a new concept they might learn in an upcoming class so they are ahead
10 minutes: We do a few more problems together and go over them and take notes, explain step to step so it's clear
5 minutes :End with a fun game about math!
