Well come everyone, This is your Personal trainer (Fitness Coach)Ravi Singh ,I am 29 year old , I am Indian Punjabi. I started my fitness journey when I was 20 year old, my parents got me into it. I love fitness and yoga . I have my own workout plan which one will make you more comfortable to achieve your fitness goals.

About the lesson

Here, I will give you personal training ,nutrition plan and some important tips for your digestion as well as workout routine , which one help you to raise up healthy lifestyle. Here I have some awesome workout plan and effective nutrition facts.
You can share with me your fitness goals, which type of physic you want,I will assist you to get your desire physic.

He tweaks the plan by adding new exercises and diet
He understands the body condition and suggests the repetitions accordingly
He always starts with warmup and ends with warmup
