I’m a lady who loves to encourage self-confidence and help people who are not confident enough as a result of their body type to gain their self-confidence back by engaging in activities which promote overall body fitness and wellbeing.

My sessions are online and specifically for gaining general body fitness and confidence. It is scheduled to be time-friendly. It’s one-on-one sessions and gives the trainee the opportunity to be comfortable in carrying out required activities effectively.
