About Horea
Hi there! My name is Hori, and I have a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics with a research thesis on Physics Education, focusing on homework redesign. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Calgary to become a high school teacher. My passion for teaching began over a decade ago as a lifeguard and swim instructor, which led me to tutoring math and science. With over eight years of tutoring experience and more than a decade of teaching in various capacities, I have developed a dynamic and research-driven approach to education. My goal is to make math and science engaging and accessible, helping students build confidence and succeed.
