About Suyathi

Hi! I’m a part-time student tutor with hands-on experience teaching both Checkpoint and IGCSE level subjects. I specialize in one-on-one tutoring, especially during summer holidays when students want to revise, catch up, or prepare ahead. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with students from Year 7 to Year 10, covering subjects such as: Checkpoint Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Years 8 & 9) Checkpoint Math (Year 7) IGCSE Core Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Year 10) IGCSE Mathematics (Year 10) IGCSE English (Year 9) IGCSE Business Studies (support and introduction level) Currently teaching Year 8 Checkpoint prep (all core subjects) I focus on clear explanations, solving worksheets and past year papers together, and creating summarized notes to make revision easier and more effective. My lessons are student-centered, supportive, and tailored to individual needs and exam goals. So far, I’ve helped 5 students achieve A or higher in their subjects through one-on-one guidance and targeted practice. Whether you're preparing for Checkpoint or IGCSE exams, I’ll help you build confidence, improve your understanding, and perform your best.
