About Albert
With 8 years of piano tutoring experience, I’ve had the privilege to teach and guide over 150 students. My students come from high schools and colleges, each bringing different dreams and talents to the keyboard. I truly enjoy helping each one grow. I teach in a clear, supportive way that helps students learn with confidence. My lessons focus on technique, music reading, and expression. I always try to connect the music to what the student loves. One of my proudest teaching moments was helping a college student prepare for their first solo recital—they were nervous at first, but by the end, they received a standing ovation. That performance was not just a success for them—it was also a highlight of my journey as a tutor. I believe music is for everyone, and I’m here to help students discover their own musical voice.

My method of teaching piano focuses on strong communication, accountability, and integrity to guide students through their musical journey.
Communication is the foundation of my lessons. I explain ideas clearly, break down difficult techniques, and encourage students to share any doubts or difficulties they face. I believe in listening carefully to my students so I can tailor the lessons to their needs. This makes learning more efficient and enjoyable.
Accountability helps students stay motivated and responsible for their progress. I help students set realistic goals and create practice schedules. We regularly review their progress to make sure they stay on track. This structure builds discipline and helps students take ownership of their learning.
Integrity is about honesty and respect. I provide honest feedback while always encouraging students. I respect each student's pace and create a respectful environment where mistakes are part of learning.
I also include lessons on music theory, rhythm, and sight-reading, to build a solid musical foundation. This holistic approach prepares students not only to play piano but also to understand music deeply.
This teaching style supports students to become skilled, confident musicians who enjoy learning piano.
