He demonstrated outstanding knowledge of statistical concepts and how to apply them in SPSS, and he was extremely patient in answering all of my questions.

Whenever I got an answer wrong, Cruzben took the time to explain things clearly, making sure I understood without ever making me feel judged. I always felt at ease during our sessions, knowing mistakes were seen as learning opportunities.

Cruzben was also very accommodating and flexible with meeting times, which was a tremendous help given that we were in different time zones.
