¡Hola! My name is Rolando Victoria, and I’m a native Spanish speaker from Mexico City with a passion for language, culture, and teaching. I have over 20 years of experience as a full-time Spanish teacher at independent schools in the Bay Area, and more than 15 years of tutoring students of all ages. I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and my teaching approach is rooted in the Proficiency Model and aligned with ACTFL standards. I specialize in meeting learners where they are and guiding them toward their goals—whether that’s conversational fluency, academic success, AP Spanish prep, or reconnecting with their heritage language. I offer both in-person sessions in the Bay Area and online lessons for students across the U.S. My style is patient, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s unique pace and needs.
