About Francesco

In my work experience, as a consultant or internal employee, I have "touched" about 15 companies and within all of them I used basic IT tools, including Excel.
I organized and performed numerous training courses (I counted 8), some for certification purposes, and I followed 4 stage students as thesis co-supervisor.
Having had theater as a passion for years, I consider myself a good public speaker and I think my lessons are not ... too boring :)

About the lesson

- The lesson can take place live (max 10 km from the center of Bologna) or remotely
- We will use files I created for previous occasions, with exercises and sample data
- I can adapt to every need: if you are already experienced and you have specific needs we can cut all the introductions and go straight to the point, otherwise I can start from scratch

Raffaella è già un'utente efficace di Excel, durante la prima lezione e nel proseguo del corso andremo ad approfondire tematiche specifiche. Essendo una persona gentile, precisa e puntuale ci stiamo trovando molto bene a lavorare insieme.

Francesco ha un approccio all'insegnamento che mette chiunque a proprio agio. Non c'è niente che non si possa risolvere e soprattutto non c'è una sola soluzione ai problemi. In excel ho sempre avuto difficoltà, grazie a lui sono riuscito finalmente a muovermi in autonomia raggiungendo un livello medio/avanzato di conoscenza dello strumento
