I am a first year university student studying Economics, I have tutored several students over the last few years, both in person and via online platforms such as Skype. I have helped improve the confidence of my students as well as improve their mathematical ability.

I am a friendly tutor who tries their best to make maths fun! As a student myself I really understand how difficult it can be to understand certain topics when they're not explained in the right way. Firstly I would create a detailed page of notes on the topic which can be used to revise and refresh the topic, I would explain the concepts involved in a way which best suits the student and allows them to understand. I would then provide practise questions which the student can complete both with me, and alone in a mixture of ways, for example some timed, in order to improve exam technique.
