About Sravani

I am a yoga practitioner and a meditation enthusiast which has given me an overall better results. Being healthy is a good idea to keep you agile and active throughout the day which i have observed in last few years.
I have overcome mental health, acute illness and on a race to overshadow underlying diseases.

About the lesson

If our mind is clear we can generate good thoughts, if our stomach is clean we can get clear skin. This simple methods can be achieved though yoga which can detox the toxins and help you heal your body, mind and soul.
