About DrSpoorti
I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner and a mental health worker too. We all are going through our battles and sometimes we just want to be heard and nothing else. We seem to be trying hard to achieve something or be loved and appreciated by our people. But in that process, we forget about loving ourselves too and accepting the way we are. We lack self-motivation and high confidence. That's why I want everyone to practice self-love and be the creator of their own life. And live a happy & positive life in abundance.
