About Vanessa
My name is Vanessa,
I study Architecture in Westminster. I like to study maths, but I love to teach it more.
Back in sixth form, I was tutoring my classmates after school with topics they didn’t quite understand. As I know them from my classes,I also know how their methods operate, therefore the way I taught them made them understand more as I matched my explanations with their understanding.
As a tutor I would like to get to understand the way a student learns so that I can simplify and make studying more enjoyable.
As a student myself I am aware of how difficult it is to study if nothing makes sense, so I make sure we will work together to understand all topics by going over exam style questions.

In school I used to help out with simple teaching.
I tend to get to know people to understand their specific way of learning, and simplify methods to make them more understanding and enjoyable.
I used to stay back and help my class mates with difficult maths that became simple and all passed with a high mark.
I would like to teach anything with GCSE maths or A level maths. Whatever the age requirements are.
We will work together to make maths more fun and an enjoyable subject, only reason I will tutor maths is because I loved maths in school, so I would like to share this passion with other students, so that they can really see the beauty of it.
