About Seraina
Growing up, my mom was a middle school math teacher, and she always inspired me to find the fun in math! I excelled (A- or higher!) in all of my math classes from middle school to present day. I spent two of my high school summers tutoring Algebra and absolutely loved helping my students to not only succeed in their math courses, but also enjoy learning it. I can’t wait to work with you and make math a better experience!

I believe math is all about practice and repetition! I will work with you to make the “impossible” problems feel like a piece of cake. I will provide teacher-made enrichment games, practice problems, and 5 minutes of every session to just chat about how you’re feeling. Curriculum is instructed at difference paces, so each lesson will be tailored to what you are currently learning in your class. I can also provide SAT tutoring for the Algebra section upon request!
