About Gabriel
I have honed my singing and guitar playing over these last 33 years. I am a self-taught player that spends time on stage as well as playing daily in my home. I love playing guitar and feel it is quite a gift to pass the skill to others. It is also a gift for me to be able to teach.

I can look at a song from online, for instance, a song that shows the lyrics and chords. From that and a quick listen to the original or some version, I can play it and sing it to an acceptable degree. I'll know what major, minor, pentatonic, blues, and even modal scales that will work with the progression. This is the type of playing I have been practicing for.
I wanted to be able to strum my guitar in rhythm and sing along, and after each line of lyrics, I could improv a riff. Also be able to improv solo. I have accomplished this and feel I can teach others to play like me.
I will be teaching basics, open chords, barre chords, scale patterns and their placements, techniques, some theory, etc.
I am capable of adapting to most all learning styles. And if I cant teach you how to practice something, we will find a teacher that can.
