About Jonathan

I'm 1 of only 6 professionals in the UK to be certified by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. I started practising meditation to treat my own stress and burn-out. It was so effective I decided to become a teacher to help others.

My approach is to teach a combination of Zen meditation, Zen Yoga, QiGong & mindful movement to find happiness & connection with the here and now.

I've completed over 500 hours certified teacher training in Zen Meditation, Zen & Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and QiGong. I'm also a certified Professional Level Mindfulness Teacher with the IMTA.

As a result of my training I can call on a variety of techniques to find the right solutions for each student.

About the lesson

My classes are practical, relaxed and tailored to your needs. Typical length is 60 minutes and might include Zen, QiGong and Yoga Nidra. Whatever your level I can guide you through a variety of techniques thanks to over 500 hours of training and years of experience. In particular I help people deal with stress to live happier, healthier lives.

Perfect! Jonathan is well-versed across many fields. He integrates his knowledge with an intuitive approach tailored to each student's individual needs. He is patient, an excellent listener and receptive to the student's needs. His approach is very structured as well as flexible. He combines his backgrounds in physiology, psychology, mindfulness and Qi Gong to provide comprehensive training for the student. I was impressed with my first lesson. I would recommend Jonathan highly to anyone interested in studying Qi Gong and Meditation.
