About Iyla
I am a Python tutor with over 6 years of hands-on teaching experience and a background in data-focused programming. I work with students of all levels, but I especially enjoy helping beginners and exam-focused learners take their first confident steps into coding. My lessons are centered around logic-building, understanding the “why” behind code, and practical usage. We cover essentials like loops, lists, functions, and error handling through simple yet effective examples. I often include small projects, such as creating a calculator, a to-do list app, or a simple game. Practice and repetition are key parts of how I teach. I give clear feedback and guide you to think through problems independently. With support and patience, anyone can learn to code. I teach Python with clarity, patience, and structure. My approach works well for beginners and those looking to strengthen their coding skills. We start with basics like syntax, indentation, and variables.
