About Alba
Since I was a child, I dreamed of creating a home, a space where I could feel safe, be myself, and build beautiful memories. That dream grew into my passion for architecture, and eventually led me to graduate with RIBA Part 1 in Nottingham. Because my parents travelled often, I grew up in different countries and learned several languages along the way. This taught me to appreciate different cultures and perspectives, which I believe is at the heart of architecture; it’s not just about walls and structures, it’s about feelings, creativity, and human connection. I know how challenging architecture studies can be. I’ve faced the same deadlines, creative blocks, and moments of doubt. That’s why I’m here to support you whether you’re struggling with design ideas, portfolio development, or simply building confidence. My goal is to make the process clear, achievable, and even enjoyable. Architecture can feel complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. Together, we can simplify the process, unlock your creativity, and help you enjoy the journey.

My approach to tutoring is simple and supportive: I start by carefully reading your brief with you and highlighting the key areas to focus on. Together, we identify your strengths and find clear ways to make your work easier, more achievable, and more enjoyable. Lessons are usually 1 hour long, a focused but relaxed session full of clarifications, creative discussions, and practical advice. I am a RIBA Part 1 Architecture graduate from Nottingham with international experience and strong communication skills. I’ve worked in different fields and speak several languages, which helps me connect with students from diverse backgrounds. My lessons are aimed at beginners as well as first-, second-, and third-year architecture students working towards RIBA Part 1. Whether you need help with design studio projects, portfolio development, or just building confidence, I’m here to guide you.
