About Jisun
I am a professional translator and a university instructor, teaching foreign students who aspire to become Korean translators. Since Korean is primarily spoken among Koreans and Korea has historically been a culturally homogeneous society, even a slight accent can be noticeable. Accent plays a significant role in Korean social and professional settings. I have observed that foreign students who speak Korean fluently are sometimes underestimated in various situations due to their unnatural accent. I want to help them overcome this challenge.
